Start the day with 90 minutes of traditional Hatha Yoga at the House, followed by a serene boat ride to admire the scenery and connect with locals. End the day by learning to make Vietnamese plant based food with local ingredients and enjoying your creation.

Itinerary

  • 8:00 am: Hotel transfer to Kamala Yoga House
  • 8:15 am: Welcome guests with herbal tea and discuss practice levels
  • 8:30-9:30 am: 60-minute Hatha Yoga class
  • 9:30-9:45 am: Q&A session
  • 10:00 am: Cycling from Yoga House to Organic Farm
  • 10:30 am: Experience a basket boat on the serene coconut river
  • 11:00 am: Visit the Organic Farm, hear inspiring stories from farmers, and harvest fresh veggies
  • 11:30 am-12:30 pm: Cooking class – learn to cook a full Vietnamese vegetarian menu with a local chef
  • 12:30-1:30 pm: Enjoy your lunch
  • 2:00 pm: Transfer back to the hotel
