What to Expect

07:30 – 08:00
We pick up guests at several hotels; your hotel might be the first, so please be ready by 07:30 a.m.

08:00 – 09:30
Amidst the vibrant bustle of Sài Gòn’s streets, we set off towards the historic Củ Chi tunnels, leaving behind the urban buzz for a journey through Việt Nam’s rich history and culture. We’ll be taking a brief pit stop at a local lacquerware factory to freshen up and use the restroom.

09:30 – 11:00
Upon arrival, we will watch a brief propaganda video before spending the next hour exploring weapon and booby trap exhibitions, navigating authentic VC tunnels, visiting different underground bunkers (kitchens, meeting rooms, ammunitions etc.), firing range and more. Try some local tapioca before driving back to the city.

11:00 – 12:30
We will embark on a 1.5-hour drive to the beautiful Mekong Delta. Sit back and relax as we journey through picturesque countryside scenery and witness the daily life of local people.

12:30 – 13:30
Your delicious five-course lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Savour the flavours of authentic Vietnamese cuisine while taking in the ambience and hospitality of the locals.

13:30 – 14:00
Upon arrival, Step aboard a motorboat and immerse yourself in the breathtaking beauty of the Mekong River as we cruise along its picturesque canals and waterways, taking in stunning views of the legendary Dragon, Unicorn, Turtle, and Phoenix Islands.

14:00 – 15:00
As we cross the river to the Bến Tre side, we’ll make a stop at a traditional workshop where you can witness the step-by-step processing of making coconut candy, honey farming, and more, while indulging in some delicious samples and enjoying the sounds of traditional music.

15:00 – 16:00
Experience the charm of local life by taking a peaceful sampan ride along the shady, breezy canal, rowed by friendly locals. Afterward, hop on a Xe Lôi – a type of local transportation – to explore the villages.

16:00 – 16:30
Embark on a scenic boat trip through the picturesque canals shaded by water coconut trees, as we make our way back to the Mỹ Tho pier.

16:30 – 18:00
Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing 1.5-hour transfer back to Hồ Chí Minh City, reflecting on the unforgettable experiences of your day in the Mekong Delta.

18:00 – 18:30
Finally, we’ll drop you off back at your pick-up point in the city center as per your request.
